The worst out there, he literally does NOTHING for you but take your money then drop your case like a hot potato. He's a joke, if you can't tell by him claiming every bad review is from "A rival company!" AND SINCE HE SEEMS TO THINK I'M FAKE My common law husband was a client, not only did John Duncan not complete his paperwork for custody he didn't complete the divorce papers he was supposed to. Five years and a boat load of money later we were forced to do bankruptcy and THEY STILL AREN'T DIVORCED. Rival company? Trust me, they don't have to slander you! You do a good job of it yourself! Whomever your rivals are, if they complete their paperwork they get my vote ????????

This is an absolutely great firm. Professional, diverse and true to their word. Unlike other firms they are very firm In what they promise and they deliver. Jon is an honest and hard working lawyer. His integrity and honesty is appreciated and was very apparent throughout all his work. He did not provide answers that I necessarily wanted to hear, but rather answers that would be in my best interest, which is what your lawyer should be doing. Not only does Jon support his clients but is also a community leader. He is always finding ways to help and build his community in various different capacities. Completely unprofessional! Jon Duncan got in my Fathers face and in front of my face and raised his voice loud enough for a lawyer to come out of the court and tell us to back away from the door, he got an inch away from my face and told me to call a sheriff, a sheriff had to come and tell him to back away. Completely disrespectful, and unprofessional doesn’t even describe it!
