I called Bogdan Kudryk after being referred to a realtor by a relative that in turn referred me to her sister to sell a property in Prince George. She took days to contact me to get the information about the property, then after I sent the info, I waited 10 more days and had to call he sister who referred her to ask her what the hold up was. A few days later, she called and said that she would send the listing contract ASAP. After many more days of waiting, and not receiving the contract, I called Bogdan after reviewing his ratings and noticed that he had sold the property next door. He was very knowledgeable about the area, very easy to talk to, and promptly had the property listed in a day or two. The whole transaction was a pleasure and sold and completed in about a month. I was very please with his professionalism and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone. Great job done Bogdan, very much appreciated your service.
