Extremely unprofessional, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. We hired Elaine Aubry to notarize our mortgage. On the last day when all the paperwork was supposed to be finished, she refused to provide our banker with a simple pricing information request, argued with them, then screened and refused to answer calls from the bank or from us all day long. Emailed at the end of the day (on a friday) to let us know she is dropping our file entirely because of her spat with the banker. Also was difficult to work with the entire time. Thanks Elaine for the disappointing service.

not good, treated like crap on the phone and bullied by receptionist. I asked for a price and she demanded all of my personal information, I replied I am simply phoning around for prices please? She said it was impossible without all of my information. I said Funny the last 4 I called had no problem? She said and I quote " yeah maybe we'll get back to you". I realize Prince George's housing market is crazy busy, but it won't be forever! unlike my memory of this Notary

Elaine was recommended to me by a local PG resident so I used Elaine for a property purchase in West Kelowna. I was very disappointed in the service. I found that I had to call my bank on a number of occasions to double check that things were done on time. Since I was purchasing at a distance, I found the lack of electronic ability on Elaine's part frustrating. I ended up dealing with wiring of money myself. I have bought and sold two houses in my lifetime, and this experience was by far the most stressful experience in a large purchase that I have ever had. Maybe it was the complexity of the purchase or the distance, Elaine was not a good choice.
