Very bad customer service. Procrastinate your requests and not responsive when you need to communicate, which is unprofessional. Overall extremely unpleasant experience.

I made an appointment to have a consultation with Mr Peddle. Got there only to find out he was not going to be there and we would be talking to his assistant. She was a fountain of information...She told us she was going to send a letter of inquiry to the other party asking whst their intentions were and would get back to me. A week went by and she still had not gotten the letter out but would be sending it out that day. which never got done. The next problem was, even after I made it very clear that I was very capable of paying for their services, i could not get them to return my calls...not one single call to find out what was going on was returned...Apparently business in Welland is so good thst they can turn paying client away...
