In a word.......TERRIBLE! The 5 rating should be disallowed. It is by an employee! Reading further down, a year after my review. I totally agree with Rob C. about Keri Lynn! I had to deal with her.

I have called and called in regards to a will and a POA. It took over 6 months to get my mom's will finalized in the first place and that was 2 years ago, now I am having a problem getting a Power of Attorney for Property notarized by the Paralegal Neal Schoen at the clinic to even talk to me about this...I keep getting the run around! This should not be so hard... 2 minute call to set up an appointment

Very helpful assistance. Met with Ms. Grewal. Ms. Grewal went over my documents and explained my options and possible outcomes in my matter in a way I understood. Also, the receptionist was very nice and accommodating.

I suppose there's one thing hard at work here: my tax dollars. Their phone was programmed to go straight to voice mail when I called for help (several times). Not only did they did never answer, but they have not returned my call two days later- contrary to their pledge: " If you require help please call us and we will call you back within the same business day."

Dont ever ever go there. There is an old abusive Paralegal there named Gerry and an equally abusive one named Kerri Lynn Lee who will just talk over you, demand you sign documents you dont want to, do not ever trust them ever. You will be better off dead. They are government hacks who even refuse to represent you 90-% of the time. They say they represent you on their website, they dont represent any cases, they are scamming govt Legal Aid money and they dont do anything but argue and try to cajole you into settlements you should never make
