Very unimpressed with their service. I never once exchanged words with Joel personally, only ever his legal secretary. Which yes, they do important jobs, but when I contacted wanting their services I was still trying to understand processes and hesitant to use them, and as soon as they finally send me a quote they already completed hundreds of dollars of work when I had just received the quote? I never said "Yes, I will work with you." It is their job to make me understand the process of which I'm paying thousands upon thousands of dollars for. They were rude, short, and even belittled me. Went to a different lawyer, who didn't charge me for the work completed thankfully, and charged me MUCH LESS and did a much better job. And surprise, I got to actually speak to the lawyer themselves. Not to mention, charges for buying a home should NOT be the same for selling. Also charged an unnecessary fee on a survey for the home we are selling that was NOT requested. Money grabbers, essentially, who have just been around long enough to make people think they know what they are doing. The second star is for at least handing over documents to my new lawyers.
