John did a good job with helping me through the legal process of purchasing a home; however, his secretary, who I believe is his wife as well, I found to be condescending and dismissive. Only when she found out what I did as a career, did she begin to warm up to me. I did not appreciate that. She needs to work on her interpersonal skills.
