The business is in a residential location. No sign on the door to identify the business. The transaction was done in the front entry of the home, probably due to COVID-19 conditions. The temporary table set up in the entry was just ok - a coffee table is not the best for signing documents. The entry area was not clean. With a few minor improvements the experience could be greatly improved.
