This is a law firm here in Penticton that does family law I use the services of Cory Goodrich and found Cory to be extremely Pleasant and easy to deal with. The front-end staff was very friendly and I found the facility to be quite interesting had some interesting pictures and photographs on the wall that kept me busy until I was ready to go for my appointment. As I mentioned my appointment was with Cory Goodrich and he was extremely friendly and polite.

First time home buyer. I would not recommend this law firm. I could not have felt less supported during the process of buying my first home. Documentation errors were made on purchase price of the home, additional charges for using the home owner grant program were not discussed upfront, I received a bill 3 months after purchase stating there was an outstanding amount-no context. The service was poor. The support was poor. The list goes on...

I used the lawyer in the Osoyoos office. There were many mistakes in the less than two page document that was prepared for me, including my name spelled incorrectly. I tried to professionally terminate my relationship with this firm and asked that my retainer be returned. The lawyer handled it in a very unsatisfactory manner. I would not recommend this firm and if you do use them, ensure you proofread any documentation they prepare, very carefully.
