Not Recommended: Use of this firm stalled the probate of an estate and did so by what seems to be an illegal change in retainer not made clear to their client. They handed over the estate to dark-charactered individuals in the family with hands in what seems to be criminal activity. Very little communication, charged for costs -- they did not even review the file in its entirety. In addition they took advantage of at-risk and vulnerable individuals and promoted and allowed the dissemination of content obtained through criminal means. Pursuit right now through the Law Society and Human Rights Commission is underway. Should there be any accession number one may be able to search on CanLii, this review will be updated to ensure public knowledge of these matters. The public is welcome to contact me directly; however, individuals from this firm will have to go through the Human Rights Commission to communicate. Again, I would not recommend any use of this firm.
