Any Law firm is only as good as the person you deal with. I/we have had great service from 3 different Lawyers and terrible service from the 4th Lawyer at this firm. The 4th Lawyer was consulted and brought in to advise on our case. His review and recommendations were very strange. We left and now have a great team. There is good, great and bad - trust your gut. We did.

I am very disappointed in my experience with Mann Lawyers: I contacted 6-7 firms for guidance for a mariage contract written by my fiancé’s lawyer. I chose this firm over multiple options because they seemed reasonable over the phone. I sent the document ahead of time to allow review and an easier consultation, but they did not advise me ahead of my consultation that what is usually a “routine” document was not in line with their views. I was only told during my consultation and although the lawyer I met with was professional and courteous, I had to find another solution. When I terminated my relationship with Mann Lawyers because of this, they sent me their bill, which left me feeling cheated and overcharged on the week of my wedding. We all know that legal fees are pricy, but in the end I did not receive the services I required and had to pay a steep price and find another lawyer. I’ve worked with a few firms over the years and have never felt so defeated by a process that was never supposed to be negative or complicated to begin with.

I can't give negative stars or I would! I contacted Mann Lawyers for help with an estate. I had used them before and was very happy. After several months of long delays and distracted responses, I asked the lawyer to phone me. She did not. I reached out to the firm via their web-site and phone line. No response. I was surprised when I received yet another bill after trying to terminate this, so I called to object. That time I actually got through to someone. I was told a manager would phone me; she did not. I did receive an email from the lawyer with excuses for her poor performance. Excuses are not an apology. Her performance wasted months of time, made a bad situation worse and I paid for work that has no value for me.

We had a good experience with our lawyer when we were buying a house so used the firm again (different lawyer) for a will but had a poor experience. For the will, the lawyer did not listen well to what we wanted and was a bit condescending. When we showed up to sign it, it was missing a key part and other essential information and had multiple spelling errors, some of which we had even pointed out in the draft. We had asked to be told beforehand if anything would cost extra, which was not done, but we were given a discount which covered the difference and resolved the issue for us.

I work with this firm for 5 years on tittle insurance case. I constantly had to follow up, constantly had to make sure things were done, this case took years longer than it should have. I don't suggest this firm. Please interview your firm before hiring them, don't get stuck with a bad firm, thing will go much better if you ask and interview the firm... I did not and had the worst experiences with Mann and associates. From Ted the owner to legal clerks, no one in the firm follows up.

I have used Mann Lawyers as our corporate attorney and they have been great. My dealings are mainly with Jade Renaud and she has been helpful in guiding our corporation. She is pleasant to deal with, always truthful, and straight forward. Very good service. As with all law firms, there is a price attached to the greta service, but it is well worth the advice and I guess it is the cost of doing business.
