Two days ahead of the appointment we called to explain we would be in a very big rush because we were going to the bank right after. They were late for our appointment, and my wife says that they were almost pushy about her not having to sign the ILA that we were there to sign into he first place. She said it felt like they were trying to convince her not to sign. Not sure what happened, but that is more than Independent Legal Advice in my opinion. Front desk and accounting were nice people, friendly and cooperative.
