Not a very good experience! Poor customer service; did not make my home sale and purchase experience stress-free. It felt like I was bothering them with my questions. I was about to change firm when they called me back to look at my concerns. Yet, they were not taken care of and made me feel like all they really wanted is my money. They do not take the time to explain to you what you are signing; everything is "standard documents" and when I have requested copies of my documents they made up excuses to not provide them to me. Please do not use if you are looking for caring customer service and real assistance as all they want is to close your file quick to move on to the next.

Very disappointed with Joseph Neals' response when asked to take on a simple undertaking of entering a variation on a court order concerning my personal change in circumstances. I was told he's "retiring in June this year and there are other Lawyers out there". When I asked if another Lawyer in the firm could handle my request I was told that "it didn't go so well in the past" so basically the answer was no. I have had many experiences both in Family court and real estate transactions and never had a problem. I will never contact this firm again based on Josephs response to me. He was short and curt with me, a client for many. years....Very disappointing

Unfortunately, my experience with Neal and Mara was not good... I felt I was asking for a favor instead of legal service... My real state transaction was quick, but the small claims court service request was a different story...Unanswered emails, phone calls not returned, etc... Finally, I decided to go with another lawyer and was able to move forward with everything as expected... If you are looking for quick legal advice and reliable customer service.... I suggest you better look somewhere else... If your legal transaction is something easy and quick, then you should have no problems here...
