i recently had to use Jamie Bruce for personal injury. It was overwhelming at the time. i have never had to use a lawyer before, was terrified about cost as well as uncertainty of even having a case. Jamie took the time and went through everything step by step guided me through every transaction. Jamie was there and answered every question. Charlene was amazing very professional called, emailed she was such a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Jamie and his team. I can not thank them enough. Brutal service, buyer be aware. Robin Teabo (thumbs down) Call to get a time-sensitive matter looked at for commercial leasing. Never called or emailed me that they weren't able to do it wasted multiple days only to find out that they do not do commercial leases. Unempathetic, unprofessional. Would never my money with this law firm. If you don't care about results our having a positive outcome, then these guys are for you.

The lawyer I had here was soooo horrible ,sooo argumentative! For no reason ? Hated talking to him AND met another of his clients who felt Just Like Me ! And he bumped up the bill in the end when he new I was going to fire him Yikes ! !

I sought out a lawyer for an injury I sustained in an entertainment facility It took longer than I thought the process should be, but I cannot state how well Mr. Greenway and his son made me feel very comfortable and they were so thorough I was quite surprised with the settlement but I was also more than happy. These 2 are top notch lawyers who will not back down until they get what they think their client deserves. If you overlook this law firm all I can say is good luck but if you're serious about pursuing any kind of legal claim you would be wise to make an appointment and see for yourself. God help the ones that don't consider/choose this law firm. I am more than happy to give a rave review about the Greenways at this firm. 5+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don't waste your time with this firm. We made an appointment to see a real estate lawyer at a specified time. We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time. The receptionist apologised and said the previous clients were late and she had no idea how long they would be. Out comes the lawyer at the 50 minute mark just as we were leaving. It would be another 15 minutes before we could see him. The practice at most professional offices is that the late client has to rebook. Clients who are on time are seen pretty much on time. On top of all this as soon as we walked into the office we had to show ID to confirm our identity. I find this unusual practice. We will not be back to this firm.

Jamie Bruce pursued an insurance claim for a dog bite that I suffered a few years ago. Jamie is very professional, and he provided sound and honest opinions on the direction of the claim. I don't understand any of the negative reviews on this firm. I would think that some people have never used a law firm before and have skewed expectations and to leave a bad review when you never even used their service is absolutely absurd. I was with a Toronto firm that was highly recommended but did nothing for me I was then advised by my sister in law that the firm she used was great. So finally I had enough of being ignored by the firm I was with and went to Kelly Greenway Bruce for a consultation. Too make a long story short they took over my case and I can't sing their praises enough. They always stayed in contact with me as to what was going on keeping me informed and ended up getting me a huge settlement going up against one of the hardest Insurance companies to deal with. I could not be happier with all the service I received and I will keep them on for any issues I have in the future. You want to go with this team and stick with this team as they will take care of you like no Toronto firm ever would. Thank you so much to Andrew Bruce but Jamie Bruce is the mind that amazed me the most so thank you so much guys keep up the good work. DON"T CALL THE NUMBERS ON TV they are no more then turn style law firms that could care less about their clients not saying any names ( Diamond and Diamond or Prestler Law ) what a joke they are.
