Used Erik for the purchase of our first home. His work was fine, nothing over and above but his work was complete. But when I called him up with a follow up question after the closing he was very impatient and rude. Most recently I called his office to ask a question about an article he has posted on his website and before I could even finish my sentence the receptionist was very rudely talking over me and telling me they didnt deal with that sort of thing. I tried to explain to her that it was on their website and she would not even give me a chance to complete a short sentence. Her tone and attitude was completely unnecessary and very offensive. I can't believe people conduct business like this! With the amount of options for lawyers around here I certainly wont be going back and advise strongly against them.

Absolutley the best customer service i have ever recieved! Both Erik and his law clerk Jennifer went out of there way for my wife and i during a horrible experience buying our first home. If it werent for them and there efforts we would not have got the house and would have had to take the seller to court. Eriks knowledge of real estate law saved us alot of headache. They stayed 3 hours after hours to help us close the deal on closing day. During the whole process they awnsered our calls right away and were always friendly and courteous.
