I am actually shocked with the amount of 5 star ratings for this law firm. Since day 1, our experience with this firm has been horrendous. From unprofessional staff to a troubling amount of errors. Having worked in law firm, I know that accuracy is key when dealing with legal documents and we have had to return to their office about 5 times to have the documents amended because of sloppy errors. And when I point out the error to one of their staff, they get an attitude and are reluctant to assist. Now I am not sure if they do not work as hard because we are having this paid through Unifor, but it was my understanding that lawyers have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of a client and this has been far from the case. Were I given another option to go with this firm, I would steer clear.
