Service experience was amazing with these lawyers. Very quick to respond over email. Took care of all the details working away in the background. Meeting location for final signing of the paperwork can be pretty much anywhere, anytime during the day. Provided a included lockbox for transferring the keys to the buyer. Very professional. Everything went through electronically and signatures on a PDF on a tablet they brought. Fee is very reasonable.

I had the absolute must stressful closing ever. My lawyer worked her tail off to ensure my mortgage closed on time. Her clerk Azzi Zadeh kept constant contact to keep me in the loop and worked tirelessly around the clock. The night before, lender backed out and looked like I wouldn't close on time. These guys kept fighting for me down to the wire. I most gratefully received an email confirming my closure in time. Love and will always use them. Azzi is a feisty one, in best way possible!

Real Estate Lawyers are well setup for doing business in this Covid 19 world. They have a secure process for sending documents, their process was already primarily online, and they are very responsive to email. The tricky thing for some people may be the online document signing, where you need to have a device with a touchscreen (and easier if you also have a stylus) to do it efficiently. Its been a very stress free experience using them.

Easy to start a file and easy to get a hold of someone if/when required for further information etc. I will recommend the company if required down the road. Being out of province can be tough getting answers from companies and contractors, maybe its the Alberta phone number haha, they are all professionals there.

I worked with Debora and Anya at realestate lawyers and they were fantastic! Everything went smoothly. I used them for the sale of my condo in downtown toronto. I was impressed with their attention to detail. On the day of closing of my condo I was a little nervous as there wasn't much communication as to what was going to happen on the day prior to or during. However, in the end everything went smoothly. My only critique would be that there is just a little more communication. Not meeting your lawyers/law team and going based off of google reviews can be a little unnerving. I was a little nervous with what was going to happen and whether I had made the right decision. Increased communication would have helped with that. Overall though, they got the job done.

The remote/mobile signing service was very convenient, especially considering my closing took place while our city was in lockdown. As a real estate investor, I would not recommend this company. Their attention to detail is very poor. They missed leans put on a property I was purchasing, they sent me wrong payout figures, they don't order up to date tax certificates and where very rude throughout the whole process. Huge disappointment and headache, please be careful.
