Took care of everything for a reasonable price. Keep in mind there's a few hundred more in search fees and teranet fees that get added to the legal fee total. Only issue was they sent the fee breakdown and transfer details 2 days before close, which is incredibly tight as it can take that amount of time to just transfer the money.

It was an okay experience overall. We kept receiving emails from different people for different things (e.g., home insurance and signing documents). They seem to rush through the whole process which led them to give us the wrong information, not get back to us, and caused us to contact them multiple times to get a response for questions we had. We had to go chasing them down to do things for us that should have been done by them in the first place.
