I have had the pleasure of working with various folks at Hummingbird Lawyers over the years and this firm is highly recommended. Recently my mother worked with Jonathan Kiang because she needed to finalize a matter regarding my late father's estate. She needed a specific letter written to Service Ontario. When we arrived at Service Ontario, we experienced issues with the clerks who would not accept the letter but would also not explain the reason why. Given his previous experience, Jonathan had foreseen this situation. He informed us that he would make himself available on the phone in case any issues arose. He helped us communicate with the clerks and figure out what the next steps needed to be. Jonathan was very prompt and quickly amended the letter to include the new specifications. By this point we had spent the better part of the afternoon at Service Ontario and I thought we would surely need to return back another day, but Jonathan offered to drop by the revised letter while on his way home.
