Alix Herber is unethical, incompetent, manipulative and indolent. Why is Fasken refusing to provide the requisite information required for reporting Herber to the body responsible for oversight of attorney misconduct in her jurisdiction? Fasken's complicity with Herber's misconduct speaks volumes about Fasken's own lack of ethics.

Alix Herber is the most unethical and most embarrassingly unsuccessful lawyer in Toronto. She clearly needs help, as indicated by her rank B.O, Alix is in obvious need of greater self-care. Fasken's failure to provide this for her demonstrates how little they care for their employees. Fasken's lack of intervention into Alix's ongoing failures demonstrates how little Fasken cares for its clients. Fasken's attempts to block Alix from being reported to the Law Society of Ontario, and refusal to provide this information to victims of Alix is truly disheartening. Masken dishonestly writing "Please note that this review was not written by a client of Fasken" in response to those calling for accountability, demonstrates exactly what type of firm Fasken is

If you want a dishonest, unintelligent lawyer who will lose your case, refuse to answer emails, and fail to tell the truth, hire Alix Herber. A sad, lonely and bitter haggard. The fact that Fasken allows someone as unqualified as her to practice shows how desperate the firm has become.
