We had the same day real estate closings and everything was quick and smooth so that we were able to move into our new house sooner than what we had anticipated. Natalie and her staff were very helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. They were very detailed-oriented and organized. They went above and beyond in making sure we're all set before the closing date, and in fact in their review of the bank's documents and during our zoom meeting, they were able to find some discrepancies between the final numbers by the bank and what we had seen before. Since the problem was caught fast, our mortgage broker had enough time to resolve the issue with the funding staff at the bank just before the closings. All in all, great experience. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Natalie and her team were a referral to us via mutual acquaintance. We initially reached out at first to determine overall compatibility..., are we a good fit, are the fees reasonable, what's the value-add perspectives and so on. Natalie was generous with her time and was able to address all of our concerns and questions. We were confident and comfortable that we have found the proper individual to handle our affairs as it pertains to the sale transaction of our investment property. As a side note, she and her firm also prepares estate WILLs and POAs which was an added bonus! Also, just as an FYI, not all closing goes according to plan and in our case, it was certainly delayed by the buyers. However, with Natalie at the forefront, she was able to guide and direct us in the extension, negotiated additional terms and conditions on our behalf, and was able to represent our best interest in mind throughout the process.
