This was the first home I have ever sold, and working with Real Estate Lawyers LLP was a great experience. Every person I dealt with was very professional, polite and respectful. What was especially important to me during this hectic time of change, was that they were prompt, organized, and were always reachable! While I had to wait in long queues for other services (changing utilities, etc.) I always got someone on the line at REL, and if I didn't, by chance, my call was always promptly returned. I found the friendliness of the staff so helpful during this otherwise complicated process and I have no regrets about choosing this company to facilitate the selling of my home!

Although my transactions haven’t been completed yet, everything seems to be on track. You definitely lose the personal touch when using an online lawyer/law clerk and therefore can’t always get immediate answers to your questions. That said, they did eventually get back to me when I did have questions. I will decide whether I’d use them again when my transactions have been completed and if there are no problems. Everyone that I’ve emailed back and forth with has been pleasant and helpful. The first time you use the online signing, it is a little stressful because no one is there to guide you.
