Mandip and her chosen associates are extremely professional and efficient. I chose M Bains legal on the advice of a family member who is a law clerk in a different area, and quickly did a search and found M. Bains in the Oakville, Ontario area convenient to me. I utilized Mandip for a home sale and the better part of a (rural) home purchase. Ultimately I lost out on the home purchase after Simplii financial took far too long in the approval decision on the port of my current mortgage (that's a story for another Google review perhaps...), Mandip did some research and found more about the property I was looking to purchase, info that was contradictory to the given sale details (actual land size difference from listed, old survey from township file, also flood plain). In summary, very highly recommend, fair cost (less than another law firm quote I was given), offers a discount for home sale and purchase legal representation. Extremely detail oriented and efficient, and also great communication.

Buying and Selling your home is a fun but crazy process, especially when it comes to the numbers and contracts. Most homeowners like myself, get confused and have no idea what's happening at this stage and feel as if the lawyers and banks are speaking in a different language. This is where Mandip comes in. Even though I was still super confused at all the numbers and legalities I didn't stress for a minute because my wife and I immediately knew we were in good hands. She took the time to explain everything to us and always made sure we understood even though we really didn't lol, but it didn't matter because we trusted her and knew she was in our corner. During the process my wife gave birth to our 2nd child which made communicating and meeting almost impossible but Mandip went above and beyond to accommodate any little window of free time we had. Even sending emails checking in to make sure everything was going ok and telling us not to rush because she, like any parent, understood the craziness of a household with a 2 year old and a newborn.
