Incompetent - My first visit was great. The receptionist took the papers for notarization to lawyer and came back with notarized papers. I paid money and it was quick. But when I shared the papers my lawyer he was surprised the way paper was stamped, it was all wrong. The lawyer stamped & signed the documents for the witness too. They charged me for 7 stamps instead of 3 stamps which was the requirement. I had to go back to get everything fixed but they didn’t paid my money back for wrongly stamping and signing extra pages. They told me that another lawyer had to sign for witness ( which I never asked for, I just asked for notarization) so we can’t refund the money. Also there was another gentleman working there he told me that we didn’t need a lawyer to sign for witness. Any of my friends or relatives would have signed for witness. The plea for not giving refund was that I should have known where a lawyer needs to sign and should have communicated that to lawyer. So I ended up paying more for the incompetence of the lawyer and the staff. Never going back again.
