Mr. Deep was my lawyer when I bought a house in Lakeshore Woods in 2010, and I felt the service was pretty good; so a few months ago when I need a lawyer for selling the same house, naturally I wanted Mr. Deep to represent me. To my surprise the quote from Mr. Deep’s clerk was more than doubled (the quote was more than $2,800, and it was less than $1,200 last time) from the last time. When I pointed out the gap, the clerk simply said the new quote is 2021 price and even asked how much did I pay for the house 2010. I know the quote is unreasonable but I don’t want to waste my time so I told the clerk politely that I would seek help somewhere else. The charge of my lawyer from this transaction is almost same as what Mr. Deep charged me 11 years ago and the service was equally excellent.
