I have had the pleasure of working with this firm for over 10 years and have never been let down. My first experience was with Nav when I was closing a real estate sale. I was so impressed by this very personable man who greeted me! He explained everything to me clearly and in layman’s language. His compassionate way of navigating was so reassuring. Infinity law firm works as a team. Nav is solution - oriented. The team approach works well especially when there are difficult cases to solve. Brainstorming together helps to find creative answers as Lou did with a particularly difficult event in my life . Entering any law firm is daunting for me but every time I have had the need for advice I am always greeted with a friendly smile, offered coffee and taken to the boardroom for my appointment which is always punctual.. Thank you Paulette ! I met Gareth Green while he was articling several years ago. I was so glad to hear he had been hired by Nav and his team. He helped me with my will etc and he too was gentle, and a very good listener who was able to interpret my wishes appropriately ! I have not had the pleasure of meeting other lawyers in this firm but I know I can say that Nav’s hiring approach would only choose those with excellent credentials and positive attitudes. This law firm covers all aspects of the law and I have every confidence that who ever you choose to work with will be handled respectfully and have an outcome with which you will be pleased. If I could give this firm 6 stars I would. I have dealt with several law firms over the years and I can honestly it's hard to give a lawyer a good review but Infinity Law have outstanding integrity and service. The communication and professionalism is fantastic. The 3 real estate deals were complicated (First Nations Lease) and Nav's staff in particular Maureen and Heather are so knowledgeable and professional these ladies are actually and probably smarter than their bosses! If you need a lawyer that will look after your best interest and with very reasonable rates you found them.

such a bad experience! I should have checked the google reviews first. Leo Yuan, he didn’t know what is going on on your case. He was so busy, on phone, in the meeting, just don’t have time to return your call, respond your Email. Worst thing is he won’t keep your files in order and didn’t have a file list or “memo” to quick check. I terminated his service and made an appointment with him to pick up my case files today at the time he offered. The job he supposed to be done, and the file he had to have, he don’t know and even not sure if he did it or had it!!!!!!!spending over 10 minutes looking into the files for a single file, I was so “impressed” so I called his manager to complain about these issues. When his manager Keyvan shows up, he is still working on finding that file, finally he finds out that FILE. Which is fire department report for the business I intented to bought, it is a part of the job of due diligence check, if we don’t have it then we will not remove the conditions regarding this matter. BUT we already removed that condition! How cool is that! Couldn’t stop writing, but I have to. I can write much much much so much more

Thank you Mark (family law), for your representation during one of the most difficult times in my life.My case involved domestic violence and for which Mark Norton took no prejudice against me as a human being. I contacted every law office desperately during that time, every lawyer turned me down except for Mark and looking back I feel this is because of the judgement that women face in society today when leaving a domestic violent relationship. Women are stigmatized and forced to be outcasts, further marginalized by society. It is even more unimaginable that no one not even lawyers that uphold the law would be willing to represent you, which leaves women like myself being further victimized by the legal institutions that exists. It is terrible to think that Mark was the only lawyer out of the hundreds of lawyers that I contacted in a desperate time, he was the only one that not only was willing to represent me, he also held no judgement against me as a woman leaving a domestic violent relationship. Don't ever go with Andrew Rafuse!! he will take advantage of you as a foreigner if you are seeking for professional advise. He will steal your retainer money and then he will never reply to your calls or emails. Look for an immigration consultant instead, more affordable and way more knowledgeable of this type of matters.
