Brad was kind enough to handle my real estate transaction involving a tight deadline (one week from closing date). Unfortunately, I did not have a similar experience as Andrew L. He was prompt on preparing the paperwork, which I went into his office to sign. Brad later emailed me an amendment to the original paperwork as he discovered he made a mistake to one of the credits in my favor. A few days later, I received a second amendment from Brad indicating that there was another mistake. After I had paid Brad for his services and had already taken possession of the house, I receive yet another email from Brad indicating that I owed him an outstanding amount, due to numbers that he transposed. In conclusion, Brad handled the transaction without any delays. However, if accuracy is what you’re looking for, he may not be the right person you want to deal with.
