Working with the team at Kimball Law was easy and efficient. The level of experience there is incredible and everyone is happy to help in whatever capacity they can. What was most impressive was their ability to make me feel immediately at ease. While I was certainly part of the process and consulted when necessary, the heavy lifting was done for me. Which at the end of the day, meant I didn't have to think too hard about how to get things done. We ran into a few hurdles along the way, but they went the extra mile for me, making sure that they did whatever they could to keep the process moving. Efficient and accommodating. I received some documentation from a government organization that had to be notarized. Of course the government didn't tell me this so I reached out to this particular law firm as I've done business with them in the past. They were able to schedule me for a next-day appointment in the morning so that way I was able to send out the paperwork the same day. Fast and expedient service that is very affordable

After being involved in a car accident, I felt really lost. Prior to hiring Kimball Law, I hired a firm that didn’t have my best interest at heart. They brushed me off, spoke to me in a way that was demeaning, and that added to the feelings of sadness and frustration I was already experiencing. Kimball Law ,and its staff , at their Wolfville office, have been my legal caregivers for over 30 yrs. They have guided me through wills, succession planning and real estate. Unfortunately I can not recommend this law office. It was quite a bad experience. The lawyer I worked with is Tim Peacock. They said they were taking my case, sent a letter to PO box which is not owned by the recipient anymore. The letter returned later but they saw that only after I asked for tracking number. Before they kept saying it's in the PO box waiting to be picked up. They didn't do anything after that for about 3 weeks. They never started doing any other things I asked for. They just disappeared for 3 weeks, not a single email or a phone call. So they wasted over 1 month of my time and a lot of money. And all this happened while they clearly knew the case is time sensitive and that I'm loosing money on a daily basis. Ironically the other lawyer I hired after was able to sort things out in just a few days. He also found a way to deliver their old letter together with the other correspondence, so Tim should be paying my new lawyer for delivering his letter. I recommend to avoid them unless you want to work with slow, unresponsive and unprofessional lawyer who still charges a premium hourly rate.
