Gallant Law came recommended from my accountant and did my incorporation, and rollover of my proprietorship into an incorporated company. Each step of the process was easy, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They assisted with collection of outstanding bills by sending a demand letter that helped in receiving payment. Jillian drafted my Power of Attorney as well, which I hadn’t previously understood the importance of. I am grateful to have Jill in my corner when dealing with all aspects of owning my business.
