Had a similar experience to Wow Manufacturing. I called them about a pressing matter due to the clients age and was told I would be gotten back to by the following M/Tu. It's been 3 weeks and no follow up after leaving multiple voice mails. I'd find another firm if you're looking to have your matter resolved this decade.

Dealt with Vern for over a month when, in the middle of negotiations, phone calls and email responses ceased. How can it be ethical or legal to disappear for more than two weeks in the middle of a case? My money must not be green enough for this law firm. Sickening that business people would care so little for clients in need of help. I am embarrassed that I ever trusted this man.
