I don't not recommend using his services... when you first call he seems very nice and caring but once he obtains you as a client he does not do his best to get you the best possible outcome.. we explained to him that we need 4- 6 months to pay the fine if we cant beat the case. we also ask him to fight the case and he settle with the first offer the prosecutor gived i could of done this myself on top of that he only got us 30 days to pay our fine .. over all we lost over $500 in legall fees and we still have to pay our fine on top of that.. i dont recommend using their services at all you better off going to court yourself.. TERRIBLE

Joshua Halpern was assigned to me via 3rd party. He was a NO SHOW in court on my first hearing. This is after I spoke with him to confirm the day prior to court date! He wouldn't return phone calls and when I did manage to reach him it was through his web site chat. I have never been through the court system, I did not know what to expect and he was less than helpful about the process. This man can not be trusted and proven to be unreliable!!! In March of 2017 I was in a hurry to get to work and impatiently and illegally passed traffic that was backed up near the CNE.
