I must say it was a horrible experience to go through a condo purchase with them... No responses by email even after multiple follow ups, we had to call them to get a hold of them. They were always late at every step and everyday we had to push them to get things done for us! At some point and on onwards, we didn’t really know which of us were the clients. We made it in time after all, but if we hadn’t pushed them as much, I’m 100% sure we would’ve been missed the deadline. I think they were extremely busy and I do have a sympathy getting an email back at 10pm at night. But that doesn’t justify anything, it’s unprofessional under a bad management. STAY AWAY if you don’t want to go through the same experience!

I would definitely recommend Real Estate Lawyers to friends and family. They assigned a lawyer to my case 10 days before closing with no extra fee. Overall communication was smooth and efficient without any delay. The best thing is that they sent a lawyer to my home for me to sign all the documents on a tablet. That was super convenient. Our real estate agent referred us to RealEstateLawyers.CA. I would recommend them as it is very convenient to communicate via email and when it came to the final signing, we were able to meet at any location at anytime with their mobile signing option. This is a HUGE convenience for us. There were times where we had to re-send information via email which we had sent previously and we found this a bit disorganized. But then again, it is via email so it is easy to just re-send something you've already sent before.
