In early February 2019, I had a collision auto accident, which was assessed 100% at my fault, and a Provincial Offences Charge Ticket was issued to pay the Fine. I elected to appeal to Provincial Prosecution Office at least to avoid the penalty points, and retained LEE Law to resolve the matter. In late March, the meeting with Provincial Prosecution Office was held, in which it was decided the Charge would be withdrawn because it was accepted that there was a technical but fatal error to the legal foundation of the charge. Ms. Jully Ahn, Certified Paralegal at LEE Law, has conducted an excellent research work for the case, which led to withdrawal of the Charge. I like to highly appreciate the excellent work of Jully Ahn. I understand she is fluent in. both English and Korean.
