VERY VERY HAPPY!! Taraz helped me immigrate my wife and son from Thailand in just 6 months. I was first referred to Taraz from a friend who had retained them to help him immigrate his wife from Thailand. At the time I was very worried about the process as I had 2 friends that were going through the immigration process (without a lawyer) with great difficulty. I knew first hand how difficult the process was if you were doing it yourself since there is a lot of information that you need to be aware of and include in the application. They both had been waiting over 2 years at this point and had many complications which was significantly prolonging their application process. When my friend told me he hired Taraz and that he had his wife's Visa approved in just 6 months, I took no chances and went to them right away. Best decision I could have made for my family. Sure enough my wife and son had their Permanent Resident Visas approved in just under 6 months. Homan and his staff are very knowledgeable about the entire Visa application process. They know exactly what you need to submit and what to prepare for. They handle all the communications and address any and all complications or issues with your application that might develop as you go through the process. Their knowledge and expertise was a tremendous factor in getting our Visas in the time it took. I can't thank Homan and his staff enough for all their help bringing my family to Canada. The quality of the service was always the best. Any doubt I had on the sponsorship of my Ex fiance, they helped me resolve completely. Unfortunately the relationship ended and the sponsorship was never actually done. After 1 year passed, I contacted them to let them know I was certain I would not be needing their services anymore. Homman offered me to give me back half of what I had payed to them as I couldn't go through the sponsorship. Talk about customer care! If I ever need anything Immigration related this is where I will go! The best!

I have dealt with them for around 5 years for both tax returns and immigration matters. Always have done more than I expect in terms of customer service. Not only did they help me renew my PR card and apply for citizenship but also gave general advice on settling in Canada. The consultants always answer my questions in detail and explain all the steps of the process. I knew processing times would take a while because they told me this in one of the initial stages, so there was no surprise there. Fees are also very reasonable when compared to the competition. Overall my experience has been very pleasant and I would recommend them to friends/family.

It’s been a few weeks I asked for tax declaration no one answers the phone or in case they answer they put me on long hold and take my message and never got back to me yet. I was out of Vancouver area to take a program and didn't have a permanent address. One of my friends suggested Taraz Immigration for doing my citizenship paper works, so I could deal with my study stress-free. I didn't hear from Taraz for a long time, while the other friends who applied at the same time as I already had their passport for four months. I called Taraz and politely ask the ""lawyer"" why this is so. He arrogantly started to yell at me: you are wrong, you need to wait, do not call ... . At the End of the day, I had to call and follow up my case myself and got the result in one week. After one year I shared my experience with the friend who had suggested Taraz, he told me the same so call immigration "lawyer", did the same to him. He shouted at my respectful, gentleman, elder friend why you came to the office without getting an appointment time ... Taraz immigration just got our money and did not follow up on our cases. The worse thing they do not have any idea about customer service and being polite. I have done all my PR process (work permit, visa ...) with a very professional Canadian lawyer, he charged me 4000, all included and very polite and honest. I'm totally regretted why I paid somebody who doesn't want even talk properly with a client.
