Sadly, not a good experience. Called a couple of weeks ago to ask about getting help organizing family wills/trust fund, as well as for a complicated real estate transaction. Kind person took my name and number and said Cindy would call me same day. Honestly, would have been happy with same week but no call. Gave it another week and called AGAIN. Left my details AGAIN and patiently explained that I'd probably slipped through the cracks. Kind receptionist apologized and said she wasn't sure what happened but would definitely pass my info to Cindy and to expect a call back same day. Again, would have been happy with a day or two. I work in a busy office as well! However, radio silence. Super disappointed as I thought I'd get great care from this girl power firm.

Even 1 star is too much for CINDY SILVER. She treated so rude and impolite to me just because I asked about the price. She didn't consider my situation and asked my kid and I to go out of her room. I came up 2 floor with stroller with no elevator and she told me you are wasting my time just because I wanted to ask about the price from my husband by the phone. She wanted just give the money. She didn't even put time to talk about the documents. She's business woman more than being lawer.so disappointing and not acceptable. Customer orientation was zero. I didn't pay her Just to learn her she should be calm, patient and polite with clients who are supposed to make her money. I found another lawyer with cheaper price and so nice in West Vancouver .Never Ever recommended
