I engaged the team at Powell when my neighbour had unlawfully removed our shared fence without consultation/permission. This was following several summers where we could not agree to a solution, that ultimately ended in a stalemate. Unfortunately, they decided to take matters into their own hands the summer I have an ailing dog, who really needs her backyard. They got the shared fence back up within 3 weeks (while the rest remains torn down 5 weeks later), my dog has her backyard back and I have a legal record of my neighbours ever changing story if I need to pursue further legal action.
