In my experience and opinion, I would advise anyone to seek Family Law help elsewhere. My being charged $320 per hour, exhausting my savings, to mainly only negotiate settlement that didn't happen and he just basically wanted me to accept all their terms and conditions that were unreasonable and undetailed, to a sum of around $9000 before realizing enough is enough - being charged for everything he saw fit to charge, including disputing charges, including being charged arguing about incorrect financial statement numbers and the law to fully complete and fully disclose, failed to action evidence the Applicant committed fraud even - all with little to no good work for myself and my children still continuing to be abused, discriminated against, and suffer the consequences of corrupt and negligent actions by the Applicant Party and 3 Judges so far, where I and my children continue to suffer being mistreated and pushed around, not even able to appeal to the higher courts, adding more and more anxiety and distress to be experienced by myself and my children, where Joe himself added more problems by many times failing to follow instruction and the law - in favor of his own dictations, claiming years of experience, while also claiming good works - even while he worked against me numerous times and misrepresented my wishes while he was working for me, then after when he motioned the court without motioning, without notice, without notice of service - without following lawful protocol, against me after we parted ways, without my ability to oppose before Judgement and the Judge took actions against me anyway, without I even being in court when I advised I could not attend and provided the court with evidence supporting my reasoning from a doctor, all failing to fight me and my children being tyrannically pushed around and forced to suffer abnormal emotional, physical, and financial hardships. Mr. Sinicrope did not have my and my childrens best interests in mind. He alike claimed I was difficult and lacked capacity to instruct counsel one moment and alike claimed he felt I was able to instruct him another, even advising me to complain to the court and the upper law society against the applicant Council. In my opinion he, alike so many others, are corrupt, unreasonable, uncaring, and permit innocent people to suffer and be taken advantage of instead of being helped and treated as fellow human beings.
