THIS IS A REVIEW FOR FINGERPRINTS NIAGARA ONLY. They are not listed on Google businesses for a good reason, their customer service is abysmal. I used to be happy with their service, but it has just recently gone down the tubes. My fingerprints came back as "insufficient quality" from the RCMP. When I asked for either a waived re-application fee upon the second fingerprinting or a refund for the initial fingerprinting, I was denied and told that my fingers "must have changed". I have used this company's services once a year for five years and I will not be using it in the future. I have wasted my time (about two months because of the wait time to find out the fingerprints were wrong) and money on this company ($110), I won't be wasting any more. This year, they have hired a new fingerprint technician who does sloppy work which resulted in a response from the RCMP of "insufficient quality fingerprints". I paid them $85 for their service only to receive a criminal record check that did not include my fingerprints. I complained to the managers at the company many times and was only rebuffed, saying that my fingers "must have changed". They have wasted my time and money. Unless they improve the quality of their technicians, I don't think they should be accredited with the RCMP any longer.

Had an accident at the Thorold tunnel in July a lawyer here took my case on contingency and then never contacted me again in til I got a letter at Christmas saying he couldn't take my case due to new laws around sueing the government(bs he just doesn't want to put the work In)... so if you want to sue the government don't use theys guys they will just backout because there really not that good....

The assistant wasn't very nice; she didn't try to talk to me about hiring a lawyer from them. it was totally opposite, and when I asked her why she was trying to coach me in a different direction, she was really hyper and extremely rude. She kept going on about the price, and I should use a free clinic without knowing my whole situation, she told me the lawyer that I enquired about to take on my case isn't interested without knowing the facts.

Approached a lawyer with this firm to deal with the estate of my girlfriends mother to which they said it wouldnt be a problem. Well after months of trying to get an update of what was happening and reaching nobody we finally find out they never could have helped us in the first place wasting precious time on a very time sensitive matter. Retained the Family Law services of this firm. The first and only thing they did for me was send one letter. ONE letter after three weeks into retaining their services, and two weeks after having to send multiple emails and make multiple phone calls. I'm about 2 months in and I have nothing to show for it. They were quick to get my money to retain them, but not quick to work for it. As for their contracted 24 hours response time, it's definitely a typo where they is concern. Need a family lawyer in St. Catharines? From my experience I would NEVER use them or this firm AGAIN!!!
