Mark and his staff (Rosie) went above and beyond anything I expected. Battling with ICBC is no easy task (I'm putting that lightly) if it wasn't for Mark's vast knowledge, experience and calming demeanor, not only would I be in the poor house I'm sure I wouldn't have received the settlement I did. 3+ years later its finally over!
