A great team of professionals who are attentive and respectful to personal availability and work diligently to achieve the results you hope for. I was in a serious car accident that was not my fault. I had continued problems with whiplash and the pain was not gettiing any better. James was very thorough in going over my full claim, making sure I did all the right treatments for my injury, as well as getting the right doctors and specialist to review and assess me fully. With this information James was able to get me a very fair settlement to compensate me fully for my injuries . I know if I did not have him representing me I would have received a settlement over 75% less then what I received with the support of James and his legal team. In fact I was so satisfied,I referred my son who was the passenger in another serious accident. I fully trust James to represent my son, just as he represented me. I was referred to Mark Bikford to handle some corporate documents. I found him very easy to connect with, efficient and reasonable with his fees. I like the fact that Lawyers West keep their overheads low by not having fancy offices and front counter personnel. The savings are reflected in their reasonable fees :-) When I a message for Mark on another matter, he called me back promptly from another city, even though he was away on personal time. His service is fantastic and I intend to use him again and again!
