I had an icbc case with Ian at Kinman & associates and he was awesome! He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. My case took just over 4 years but through out the time I had frequent visits about every 3-5 months. Every visit was to update the status on my condition. To have a strong case not just Ian but I had to do my due diligence too which he guided me on what and how to do so. When the settling time came it was very quick. Everyday we had a phone call about the offers and counter offers. I would definitely go back to him if I had another icbc case indefinitely. I would highly suggest to go and see him if you have any questions on your accident or cases.

I would give Kinman and Associates more then 5 stars if I could. They are a very professional and kind law firm. I called around to a few different lawyers (from different law firms) before I came across this law firm and David Milburn was very helpful and reasonably priced. Other law firms were overpriced and one was very unprofessional, it seemed like I couldn't find a decent lawyer until I found myself sitting in front of David Milburn from Kinman & Associates. His approach to a potential client is definitely more than 5 stars; never pushy or pricey. I would definitely recommend this law firm and further more I would highly recommend David Milburn.
