Last year, my life turn upside down .Finishing up my nursing and having to raise my 5 year old alone wasn’t easy .I needed to pause for a bit and I have to go back to work night shift. Migraine hit me bad .I had seizure as well and was confined in the ICU for 3 days .I had to be induced into coma . February 2020, just before Covid gets very bad, My son suffered a collapsed lungs from pneumonia complications. It’s one thing after another. On top of that, creditors are trying to find us . Student loans also on hold.I am not getting approved for a long term disability claims even with this condition plus the anxiety and trauma from the hospital experience. All my savings are run out. I have to use my vacation money to pay for my benefits until nothing’s left . When all this happens, David has been there for us, a saviour for us in so many ways. I never thought that approaching David Bottom and Associates could mean a life changing experience for me and my son. I don’t know how to deal With the creditors while facing all these other challenges. He always takes his time to talk to you. Sometimes I felt like our conversation is running from my budget and talking about his cute puppy. This is what you need to feel when you need to talk about finances. I felt accepted and equal no matter who you are or your background ❤️ Hoping that my story will give you hope in life in this difficult times ,if you’re in the same shoes. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Insolvency Firm to anyone if they are in need of guidance, help or assistance in any way dealing with financial hardship etc.! I would just like to share my incredible experience that I had when I accidentally got in touch with J. Bottom and Associates (David Bottom) after I thought I was dialing the number for the Superintendant's office for the Department of Bankruptcy! I was trying to call to get in touch with some information about how to report and make a complaint about another Insolvency Trustee that had I had just hung up the phone from and found myself in a very distraught, panicked, stressed angry state of mind with the feeling of no where to turn, as my past trustee had just tried to bully and threaten me into paying an extremely large sum of money for something that I should have already been granted almost two plus years ago (my discharge) when I was finished with my bankruptcy! I felt as thought this was a form of EXTORTION! I was waiting for the so called DOB to answer and a calm voice came over the phone, bit not fo the company I thought I was dialing, in which I had to ask who it was as I did not think I had the correct number and instead of hanging up when I realized I had the wrong #, and that it was another Insolvency company, I explained what had just transpired and the conversation I had just had to endure with an incredibly disrespectful, abrasive trustee from an old company! The wonderful receptionist (Deanna) asked if she could put me on hold, that she would look up and find me the number (which she did) she then asked me a couple questions and with my reply she said she would ask her Trustee in the office and be right back! It was then that a gentleman came on the phone and introduced himself as DAVID, and my heart sank as I thought I had just been transferred to the devil that I had just got on the phone with! It scared me to death for a split second, but once I realized it was another David, I continued to explain my situation and Mr. DAVID BOTTOM was very RESPECTFUL, and listened to my concerns and instead of just brushing me off, took the time out of his busy schedule to LISTEN, UNDERSTAND and OFFERED some very important information WISDOM and GUIDANCE with respect to my circumstances! He did NOT have to take the time he did to assist me however I will be forever GRATEFUL he did as it was like I was BLESSED with A GUARDIAN ANGEL! David Bottom was extremely professional, genuine, and understanding and came across very patient, caring, compassionate, and empathic and he did not hesitate to offer help, assistance and guidance on how to move forward and deal with this excruciating painful and stressful situation that I was just forced to deal with! Feeling FOREVER GRATEFUL!

I had a file with this office . every time I called or emailed to check out on my file, I’ve never received or responded back by David. I’ve never got updated as well, finally after a few months frustration I went there he said still waiting or what happened again or stupid conversation that showed he didn’t really care about this file . I had to pay a big price to fix this claim because of his ignorance and non completed information he forwarded to the supreme court. he lies all the time I can’t trust this person, I do not recommend him to any one with a big claim

Unbelievable difference dealing with David, a licensed trustee rather than the many credit counsellors out there that pretend to be and ruin peoples lives. David is amazing and I was lucky to find him. He filed a proposal in two weeks where the other people dragged on for almost a year creating undue stress and anxiety. Please, do yourself a favour.
