Uhm, semi professional lawyer's office. Called to make an appointment for a family member, I left information on their voicemail but no one returned my call. I called back over a week later and the lady out me through to the lawyer without greeting me or letting me know what she was doing. Once I spoke to the lawyer he was friendly enough.

This lawyer is responsive, smart and not always trying to jackup the bill. Most importantly, he drafted a last will and testament for my mother that stood the test of time very well. More than 20 years passed between her signing and when it was needed but not a single thing about it proved problematic, all was clear and straightforward , to me this spoke volumes about the quality of his work.
