Terrible service on the front line! Past client of the retired Bossé and recently contacted for a general inquiry (nothing complicated) and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude, instantly said she couldn't help me, offered absolute zero assistance, no alternatives, no empathy, and simply couldn't wait to get off the phone with me. The instant I said, "well it seems like you can't help?" She said "OK BYE" and hung up. Just terrible.
