Be aware with this website, they appears to be the government agency when you want to order Birth certificate but they are just bunch of screamers. They charges EXTRA $$$ but answers phone calls or email inquires. We wasted almost one month with them until we contacted EHealth Saskatchewan directly and we are in the process to get $85 refund to us. They are just acting as a middle man, do not order anything from them, do your research, order from Gov't agency directly. They don't deserve one star.

Very shady business (total scam should not be legal) Was tricked into thinking i had to go through them for a birth certificate, Sent in my application and a week latter i called the government to find out why i hadn't head anything, I turns out that legal express didn't even bother to send my application in. when you quote a 4-6 day delivery time and on day 6 you haven't even sent in the application to the gov, No on in their right mind would use this company willingly "we'll charge you more then the gov and make you wait longer' the only good thing is i used a pre paid card so the application that's been sitting in your fax machine doesn't have my actually credit card info Jokes

Very shady. They appear as the first and official website for ordering birth certificates from BC but they are just scam artists. They charge double what BC Vital Statistics charges and you'll never see the certificate. Ask a tracking reference and you get some random number not recognized by any shipping/ postal company. A total and absolute WASTE of $134.
