I witnessed him successfully challenge certain Corrections practices for a client and win in a very difficult and technical case. If I needed a lawyer in BC, I would call Don White.

He was my lawyer for a case that really should have been left to the Ministry of Mental Health and not the Ministry of Justice, and every step of the way he genuinely cared about what happened, warning me about various actions that could be misinterpreted by the rest of the legal system. He did his best with my case and it is because of him I can still visit my father. Highly recommended.
