Mr mciver you have a rude receptionist. I tried to call this morning to inquire about a consultation. I called the 1-800 # the first lady politely accomodated me by putting me through to your receptionist. She answered the phone in a pert agitated manner. Saying " you want to know about a consultation. Well my boss charges $400 an hour ". I was barely able to say " oh ok " and she hung up on me. It was humiliating and unnecesarry.
