When something happens to you and you are put in a difficult and complicated situation in very unfamiliar territory to you and your family, it seems like no one is there for you. It gets to the point where it's beyond anyone's ability to help. I needed legal services and I had no idea who to go to. What can we say beyond how amazing Zalman is? We reached out to Zalman to handle a 12 year old case that my boyfriend wasn’t even aware of until a recent background check. Hiring Zalman was easily the best decision we could have made to handle his case. From the first email response he was always upfront with everything from the case down to his hourly rate, retainer etc. He was extremely professional and very prompt with responses, and was always reachable. He took the time to explain his course of action, potential outcomes, and what he could do as a result of each the outcomes. He was extremely confident about being able to get the case dropped which he was able to do so within a reasonable amount of time (considering I wasn’t the only case he was handling at the time). The biggest bonus was that Zalman was the only lawyer willing to cancel the warrant/ clear the charges without having to travel back to Montreal as we currently reside in Alberta. That was HUGE.
