I call for a simple question and the guy who answered the phone wasn't friendly at all. I think as a lawyer you have to be aware that ppl come to you for help so it'll be great to care just a little bit and be friendly; it doesn't cost anything. I came to Gad with a whole lot of mess as my previous lawyer did a lot of damage. he was straight forward and helped me prepare my document and fill my RQ. A month later I got my on line status changed to decision made and today I received my oath invite after 2 years of wait.
