So I've never contested a ticket before, I just never saw the need for it. I figure its just easy to pay it and get it over with, until I got a nasty one a few months ago, I figured id call ticket 911 cuz that's what most people do. until I heard of Jonathan. he was amazing answer the phone right away told me exactly how it would be and he was a great price!. a word of advice don't even listen to ticket 911 they are terrible! they say whatever it takes to get ur business and then completely forget about you took me weeks just to talk to them!!! always go with Jonathan!!! not only did he get my points off but he also saved me the entire amount for the ticket. legit the best experience I could have asked for. very responsive, helpful and easy to get in touch with. highly recommend!
